Hell Runner!
On Saturday I did the Hell Up North Run 2012
It was 13 miles through a forest, we had to tackle hills (one was a 1300ft climb), mud, rivers, lakes, swamps and bogs. I pulled my knee, cut my legs open, strained my calves and lost my testicles in the freezing water. But it was fun!  I came 154 out of 3000 people and ran it in 1 second under 2 hours Here I am at the start nice and fresh  Here I am at the finish fighting back the tears

I hope they provided showers before you drove home and nice hot ones at that, well done, that must have been so hard and you didn't even have a pair of nice black tights on.

looks like you were attacked by a squirrel! there must have been some filthy cars and vans with all that mud, and thats not a bog its a river! hope you had a tetanus injection.
