Stolen tortoises on Crimewatch Roadshow today
This is the link to the programme:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...es-8-episode-7 First of all there is the most horrible story, so you may want to fast forward to the times: 1050 - talking about a zoo and use of CCTV 1340 - the start of the story on stolen tortoises. Apparently the show has received some information already. I did not know there was a national register of stolen exotic pets, so that was useful.

The link actually takes you straight to the story once you press on the crimewatch picture, which makes it easier. Very sad and I really felt for the owner, but sphere are some lovely pictures/video of torts, so would recommend.
7 spur thighed were taken from Cheshire in December. It sounds as thought the torts were targeted. They were locked up.

I felt so sorry for him. It must be devastating. Horrid people about and I hope he finds them all safely, CB
