Yes its definately a she and is also not a horsfield.

Yeah thats another good point. After studying the tail pictures for longer I'm also thinking it does have a tail spur. Sorry for disagreeing paul

thanks darren. stupid question but can you guess an age at 9/10 inches long, pretty smooth shell, they think its about 10-12 but i thought possibly older.

Definately over 20 years old Carl, probably in the 30 to 40 age catergory .

thats wicked, i dont think she realises how old it is, Thanks for all the info guys, kerri was really excited to see another tortoise, other than jill this is the only person we have met with a tortoise.
