Male or female horsfield??

Just going to polish me badge<g> He is the one who spent 6 months underground. He is part of a wild caught collection of 700 which came into Heathrow a few years back, estimated to be around 4 years old. I had four which were still unwell and was unsure how they would go on to be honest. All have very strong wild living instincts and I was worried sick about this one when he went underground. I dug half the area up with a trowel to find a small gap in the safety net which he had gone through. He came up only a couple of grams lighter than when he went down, just showing that torts know best. They are around 9 - 10 years old now and positively thriving thankfully.
