Which grasses are suitable
I want to get some grasses for my tort enclosures, I'm planning improvements for the summer already, which grasses are suitable, what do you folks have.

Sounds like your enclosures are going to be great Suze! I love buying and planting for mine and watching them establish year on year. Enjoy your torty landscaping!

I managed to pick up some big grasses very cheap in the winter months at a local garden center, they were literally thrown away in a corner and they were only to pleased to get rid of them. Planted in the garden they soon recovered when the weather got better, I assume that centers have a clear out at the end of the season and maybe don't keep some of the plants for the following year anyway its worth having a nose around out of season, I paid £5 for about 6 big plants.
