I haven't come across a specific care guide for musks. Though the Turtles of the USA and Canada is a brilliant book, it contains little on captive care.

This is a link to a free download of richard lunsfords book on North American turtle care.

This is a brilliant book on turtlekeeping with plenty on musks.
