Default porely tortoise white spot on tongue

hi a friend of mine has porely horsfield tortoise it has a white spot on its tongue ,and is not eating much , pooing fine and weeing ,weeds diet but worried about this white spot any advice would be helpfull , tortoise is about 1 years old and lives in table top with the right heating and lighting, her other tortoise is fine so i told her to split them up ,thanks in advance also it seams to be dribbling from one side of its mouth where the white spot is ,please help

Could be a fungal mouth infection.. Possibly

Diluted Betadine wash around the mouth once a day for about 7 days.

vets today , advice given bath regually and use iodine tinctue on cotton bud on tongue on affected area twice daily .you can buy from chemist for just over a pound , fingers crossed
