The main feature that stands out to me is the first vertebral scute is square, and on TGG it would normally be very round, the pattern and colour too, but I'll let Danny explain any other features that I'm not sure of.

I was doubtful about the f.v. scute and the other freatures like head shape and plastron were bringing me to say t.g.g. But Ibera is better, it's just what i needed, because i found a male, and it's a t.g.ibera

I'm just not sure what you don't understand as you said you've seen what the differences are. So what exactly didn't you understand?

Head shape: ibera has a pointed head, and mine doesn't seem to have it, but i'm surely wrong, i'm not used to give such judgments.. (and it's also pretty big, and i read that ibera fits with it)
Plastron: what kind of angle between abdominal-femoral section a t.g.g. should have? i thought mine was quite evident (this one wrong too) Pattern: about this i have no idea, do any typical patterns exists? Thank you for your patience Last edited by Lorebassi; 30-09-2014 at 08:20 PM. |
