My wife has signed us up to Prime and it seems very cost effective as you get free same/next day delivery on most things. Can't fault the service, though I fear that these huge companies will kill off the little man eventually. It makes me feel a bit guilty when I use them, but if you need a product quickly and the service is there, what does one do?
Agree, seems very autumnal all of a sudden. Soon be thinking about hibernation. Jerry's fridge will come in from the garage. I'm currently in negotiations as to where it will be situated!

Oh I love that!! Shame the postage is almost as much as the bag but its found it's way onto my wish list.

Love Rufus Sewell. Good actor and easy on the eye too. Such a lovely voice too.

yes I saw the postage but I suppose you could argue that those tote bags are around that price for a label...! a label ? what's that ! My mother made my gingham dresses for school in London - I am sure they would be all the rage now surely !

Forget Mr M, Poldark, Mr Higgy I will drop Taylor Swift after swooning her, I am now on to Robbie. I have always loved Robbie Coltrane. OK haggrid didn't do it for me I admit though I love an animal lover, but Cracker.... A league of his own. He is hilarious too, bonus in my book, CB

Looking forward to watching him in the new drama starting this week with the brilliant Julie Walters (love her in Indian Summers). Looks as if Robbie's lost weight too. He's ageing well.
Surely he doesn't pip Ragnar to first place in your affections?

[QUOTE=emma_mcraf;668297]He's playing Lord Melbourne in Victoria. Completely miscast though as Melbourne was 40 years older than Victoria and not at all as chiselled as Rufus Sewell but he's very easy on the eye.
He played the builder in Ken Follets Pillars of the Earth, Clare. The book's better but the TV drama was pretty good to watch, mainly for Rufus!

You might have seen him play Charles II a fair few years ago, Suze. Can't remember what that was called but must have been over 10 years ago now.

Oooohhhhhhh him, yes, he is rather delicious 😁 I'm loving "Victoria" very nicely done and all that , I rather like the chappy playing the part of Albert. If only Victoria had been that pretty, but she wasn't at all, she always looked so grumpy, even when she was young, I think the real Albert was quite handsome tho.

I think he falls into the same category as Alan Rickman. Not sure what that is but it's the same one 😄

Pillars of the Earth is my next book/s. They are lead weights. Brilliant.

Emma - personally I think Ragnar should be employed into any male role involving the absence of clothing from now til Christmas. And Robbie can provide the stimulating conversation and humour and marshmallows, CB

Mmmm...Ragnar, absence of clothing and marshmallows! That's the combination for me!
Would I be greedy if I threw in Aidan Turner and Rufus Sewell for good measure??

I think someone just turned the temps down, Autumn is really hear, the torts are really into wind down now. They're still going out some days but later in the morning and coming in earlier in the afternoon, I think they will stop eating soon. I feel like cosying up in the evenings now. I've got a busy winter, we've got to get through the the dreaded GCSE year 😨 not long until spring 😄
