Default Plastic Plants

Just for decoration, can plastic/false plants be used in an indoor enclosure? I read somewhere that the tortoise will still try to eat them anyway, which would be harmful.

Any thoughts?

People do use them, I'd worry about them being nibbled on though or the fumes off plastic with the heat xx

I agree with Becci, I just know my monsters would try and eat them and that is not good. But some must not as they use them no problem

I use the plastic ferns as they are softer, they will try a nibble on them at first but soon realise its not tasty food and no longer try, my goldens love their plastic ferns, I can shape the branches and they always sleep under them x
