Hello, just found this forum and thank god I have!

Hi amyB i cant tell you the breed, just wanted to say your tort is gorgeous, has a lovely smooth shell!
You may need to post some plastron shots, that would make it easier for people to advise you.

I've no idea what kind it is but it is a really smooth shell as said above. Someone will ID it soon hopefully

It's a Spur-thighed, Testudo graeca, but without a plastron picture I can't tell subspecies.

I agree with Terry, it does look like a Graeca graeca, what a beauty! If you can get some plastron shots I'd really like to see them, and as Dan says it would be extra confirmation Have you any history on this fella?
