Default Hornwort or Fennel?

Doesn't look like hornwort to me.

Had a funny feeling someone was going to say that. It has some black seeds at the top if that helps at all xx

Its neither of those - Hornwort would have to grow in a wet/aquatic environment not in a flowerbed, and Fennel would have much thicker stems.

As you has said you have seen black seeds I would say it is Love in a Mist:

Look like Love-in-a-Mist to me. What colour flowers did it have,or hasn't it flowered yet?
