Was thinking he looked a little small too for being 10. I don't keep leopards but seen a few with shells like this - they seem to be quite difficult to grow smooth.

I've seen hardly any with smooth shells, I actually thought they were supposed to be raised when I first got into tortoises !
He just doesn't look good to me, poor thing. |

It looks a lot like the one which came up for rehoming on here not so long ago. I think that one was in Scotland too, but a female.

It's shell looks very bad to me. Leopards have a smooth shell naturally. It's very sad.

To raise them smooth is not one of the easiest thing's, over here in captivity. The Leo for sale does look under sized for 10, also to me the body seem's have grown and the shell has not moved with it too well.
