Default Terrapin Tunnel

http://www.petbusinessworld.co.uk/ne...turtle-problem
An excellent article showing the positive work of the SSPCA, a very dedicated hobbyist and some very positive support from the pet trade.
Let's hope it serves to educate the prospective owners of hatchling "Green terrapins" that for most households these animals make unsuitable pets!

A very interesting article - sad that it is needed in a way - but good that people are so willing to help and improve the situation for these poor unwanted turtles.

That is great news, it would be good to get the message across to pet shops and garden centres selling green turtles is causing a big problem.
