Sherry

anyone know if you can buy sherry in a minature, I want about 3 tablespoons for a trifle and don't drink as such, I don't want to buy a big bottle and throw it away.

There are bottles of miniature sherry on Amazon, so I would have a look in your local off licence to see if they stock some too.
I use sherry in the Christmas pudding and find it keeps fairly well if you do need to buy a bigger bottle.
My nan used to drink sherry and got me drinking it when I was a teenager. That was the tipple I'd be allowed at Christmas. I'm not such a fan now but it is nice to bake with.
