Substrate for tunisians T.graeca nabeulensis

Hi!
What kind of substrate should I have for my two tunisians?
I read some sugests that a mix of 75% playsand and 25% topsoil, but sounds very dry to me.

100% topsoil is just fine for Tunisians.
