t-rex vs zoo med

i gave my sis a call today to get me a t-rex uv flood lamp(she works for a fish suplyer sort ov thing)...she can get one but they are special order ..her boss said they have the zoo med ones in stock for the same price of £23 +vat...are they the same?

I dont know if they are the same. I use the TRex and they are good. Hopefully someone who's tried both will be able to advise you.

Are they zoo med power suns? IF so the 100w are rubbish and have a reputation of blowing up, go for the 160w.

yeah it is the power sun 100w...but a bit late now just gave me sis a bell and she has got me that one ....but spose i cant moan as its so cheep
