I couldn't help but giggle at this... 1-1 was the final score. I'd call that living the dream considering the kids were playing against professional football players... and some ot the countries best, at that.

Well thats football for you.. One day liverpool will trash man utd 4-1.. next week go and lose 2-0 to sunderland..wonderful world of football

I do honestly believe England will hit there form in the next few games, well i hope at least, we have not played well in too long but we have a great squad

It was only banter with the Dream bit Im a rugby player so always dish out a bit of banter

I hope USA do go far personally.. just not as far as us

No offence was taken. I personally thought the US would get trashed when I saw the lineup and a score in the first 4 minutes.

There is always very little between teams at the World Cup, even the worst teams can on their day stop their opponents with defensive football. I didn't see tonight's game between Brazil and North Korea but Brazil are the highest ranked team there and North Korea are the lowest yet the score was only 2-1.

The USA are far from being a poor team and I fully expect them to go through to the next stage and from then on, anything can happen.. a team could become World Champions without scoring a single goal after they get out of the group stages.

The games up to now have been crap apart from Argentina who were superb. I doubt if they can win it though as it's all out attack and no defence.

My money is on Italy but only because they were 18/1 and I plan to lay that when they get out of the groups anyway

I thought the Brazil/Korea game was pretty good. Brizal showed fantastic offense... as usual but I was surprised at how well Korea defended that offense.

Yeah I just watched the highlights and N.Korea were not bad. S.Korea are in it too, they are not bad as well. Scotland is my team, too crap to be in it unfortunately

Well drilled, the N. Koreans, I was very impressed. I can't see past Spain for this one tbh (watch them get tanked tonight now!)

Still on the football theme, just got a very interesting email from Manchester United Supporters Trust, apparently figures show that less than 30% of MUFC season ticket holders have taken up their renewal, and exec renewals are on the floor. Looks like the Glazer out campaign is finally hitting home
