Update on xrays on my rehomers good news
Hi
I havent been on here for a while, but I rehomed 3 torts from vivs last year, I have seen the tort vet today who is really pleased as with lots of care and the right husbandry they are doing really well, their bone density has greatly improved from when they were xrayed last year and one of my females is carrying an egg. I am really pleased about their vast improvement and of course the egg is a wonderful suprise. |

Hi
Thanks for your replies, its a large egg but doesnt appear to be over calcified and the vet said all was well and she could possibly form more eggs, the fact that she has an egg has really pleased me as I was really interested in her bone density as it was so poor when she was xrayed last year so this is a great bonus, although I thought she was a he lol, so she is now called Mrs Watson, lol. |
