I'm sorry ahead of time... you guys are nuts(not a bad thing) and relentless...

For those of you who like keeping tortoises as pets... you are shooting yourself in the foot.

I think the main concern is that this person is selling livestock on a completly unregulated site... ebay has a strick no live animals policy and this person is starting a "bidding" war on an animal which is obviously from the pictures being fed on a bad diet and kept in something far to small for him..

the fact in the last add he said "does not require batteries" is selling the tort as a toy.. not as a pet... xx

Yes obviously reporting something that is in clear violation of a companies rules is a bad thing.

Thats why they removed the last advert.

No one is against tortoises being sold, but Ebay is not the place.

Wouldn't matter if it was a tortoise, or an elephant.

I thought as much... until I was just talking with my daughter and her friends... Me the wife and kids are going to a movie and lunch tomorrow for my birthday... yea... I've got serious problems.

Turtle people are nuts tobegin with... I've said that forever... the ones you have to be firghtened of are the ones who don't realize it.
