I think the main concern is that this person is selling livestock on a completly unregulated site... ebay has a strick no live animals policy and this person is starting a "bidding" war on an animal which is obviously from the pictures being fed on a bad diet and kept in something far to small for him..
the fact in the last add he said "does not require batteries" is selling the tort as a toy.. not as a pet... xx |
