Hi Alan,

I am not 100% sure but would have thought they were similar to the box turtles like sandy keeps.

dan would probably be the best man to answer your question Alan.

Here is a quote sandy made about a 3 toed Box Turtle

He is a three toed box turtle, not to be confused with turtles<g>.
They are kept very similar to tortoises, except they like humidity, snails, slugs and meal worms
to eat. When they are scared they do box up<g>. They live on the land, but do like to dip in water
about three to four inchs deep. They hibernate outside here in Kent.

They are just as terrestrial as North American box turtles, so the set-up would be very similar. They are really nice turtles once you get them over the hump of being imported.

They are so colourful and pretty.
However do they survive in a place like Vietname being so colourful?
