Anything that is posted on Shelled Warriors is deemed 'published'. Be it a member of the public using Shelled Warriors or one of the Mod team, it is Shelled Warriors that allow whatever has been written to exist on the internet.

Ergo, if you post a link to something that is breaking the law, as well as dropping yourself in it, you're also opening up the place where you posted it to legal implications. One only needs to briefly search the internet for the implications of file sharing copyright material.

I like a simple life, hence why I removed the link.
