Great news Neil

Horsfields or Russians are a hardy tortoise and in the wild they have to go many many many months without eating.

Phil probably just needs time to adjust, every tort is different and the change of environment, temps and food may have unsettled him slightly. Keep trying and keep us posted on his progress
