Not sure I've missed the point. You would like farms to be set-up in Madagascar for any or all of the native tortoises and have them approved to sell CITES I animals world wide. Possiblely even the Seychelles. It is possible to do, just a lot of hoops to jump through. So I take it you want the process streamlined (made easier) Danny
