Honestly... to answer your question... yes. A tortoise in the wild usually does not encounter more than one female at a time. I don't know where that idea got started. Quote:

The owner has sent me pics of them but i cant seem to save them to mu comp for some reason. He said its a male as he has seen his bits
Its does make me soo angry that he knows whats going on with them but does NOTHING about it and like someone said hes laughing |

I think you can do better unless you want to 'save' him. The way he is sitting with the legs bent backward like that does not look good. You have to think he did not get the best of care but the shell shape does not look bad.

he did say he woke him up to take the pics. Tort might be half asleep ing these. Hes telling me hes got the correct lighting in there. But then i dont know for sure .
