Little Bird
Flew into the French doors this afternoon and was confused for about 20 minutes then just flew away, which was nice.

Very cute, always nice to have these close encounters with wild life and even better to see them return healthy to the wild.
Good job you found him first and not the local cat

aaawww a little wren. So glad he was OK. We get baby sparrows hitting our windows all the time but they usually get up and fly off straight away.

We've had a number of baby blackbirds which have flown into the window and broken their necks. So sad when it happens. Lovely that your little wren recovered.

We used to get this a lot,we live in a bungalow and have two windows in the lounge and it seemed that the birds could see daylight through the large window to the smaller one since we have started keeping the curtain closed on the small window it doesnt happen as much and the few times it does the birds are flying away i think the worst one was a wood pigion that hit the window how it never broke i,ll never know
