Snake neck turtle!

A pond and garden centre a 30 miles from me is selling these, snake neck turtles. Has any kept them before?

I'm not planning on getting one, i was just interested because i've never seen them before! Thought i'd share!

the chinese softshell turtle i recently re-homed from dan has a really long neck like that too, maybe not quite as long as that but still quite long. are the ones they are selling the same size as whats in the picture??

the snake nake turtles are quite fascinating.

That looks like an Indonesian Snake Neck, I'm going to be fostering one from next weekend for up to a year, plus a Map.

A shop near us has just got some as well and I know that he imports most of his stock so may have come from same source
