Question Do horsfield tortoises need paperwork

Hi do horsfield tortoises need paperwork to be able to be sold. I heard something about Article 10 paperwork and am not to sure what it is about could someone please explain to me what it is about.

No Horsfield tortoises do not need paper work.

Nope, horsefields are one of the torts that dont, personally i think all torts should though :/

Whats the reason behind them not needing paperwork, just out of interest?

All tortoise species are listed on CITES. They are split into 2 groups. Annex A and B. Tortoises listed on A need paperwork to be imported or sold, whereas tortoises listed on B don't. Horsfield tortoises are listed on B so do not need paperwork.

This is my understanding of it anyway
