Thank you for sharing these wonderful photos. Its my absolute dream to go see ' Lonesome George ' before he ( or I -) die...! At the rate I'm going, He'll be at least 190 and I'll be 100...! Can't wait! Fab photies, again, thank you.X

Wow!!! any idea when they arrived in London Zoo? I normally go at least once a year and i have never seen them!! Last time I went was last December.

Amazing! I wasn't sure if any zoo's in the UK had Galapagos torts, I'll have to pay them a visit sometime. These and Aldabra torts are my faves

They are beeeautiful! Look at they're feet!! If I a had one, I'd call it stomp, or dino, they're proper dinosaurs! Thank you for sharing x

Smile Galapagos Torts

They have been at London zoo for about 6 weeks now. The oldest is 60 years, the other two are 16 and 10 years. We stood and watched them for over an hour, fascinating!
