Red face 158 days!!

well....158 days and not much movement. seems to have grown to half the internal size of the egg. Can see all limbs and head (and eye) but has not moved in over a month. Just got bigger!!
Now then......
Can you transport an egg in a car. I mean get the plug in for a heat map etc but it's only a 4 hr journey for urgent family crisis (an impending death!!) and want to know if we should risk it....

Thanks

I wish I knew the answer to that one
Might be better to leave it if you can but I'm no expert

I'd leave the egg where it is . It's much better left in the incubator and if he does hatch. It will take 1 to 3 days to come out of the egg and a day or 2 in the incubator will be fine.

Exclamation Well!! Day 184!!

Day 184, still a little 'wobbling' of the egg and little movements from inside. Can clearly see what we think is the egg tooth (a big hook type tooth on the end of the head).
Still no positive sign of hatching though and each day is spent in such expectation
Keep going though.....
Cheers all...

Wow that is a very long incubation time! Hopefully the little guy will make an appearance soon!
