Just saying hello!
Hi there, I thought I had better introduce myself. I live in Buckinghamshire and am totally fascinated by tortoises. We currently have 9 torts. They range from a 70 & 65 year old pair of hermanns Austin & Fred, three baby 1 yr hermanns Alfie, Albert & Arthur, a rescue tort Harry with very severe MBD, a one year old spur, named 'Dolly' by my son, Joe a 64yr old Moroccan & my son Chay has a hatchling ibera called Hope. I am also babysitting 14 beautiful ibera hatchlings for a friend. Oh yes, I have three sons also and a soppy spaniel called Mollie.
Well, that's me and mine! Anyway, hello to you all and thanks for all the info I have seen in posts and learnt from so far. Tamie |

Thanks for the welcome. I may be new to groups but not new to torts - they are a passion! I got my first tortoise 'Victor' about 18 years ago. My husband has given up asking 'Is this the last one?' and adopted the 'makes her happy' approach! Will post some pics when I can get my neighbour to download them for me.

Can't wait to see your pics
I know what you mean I love them so much. I went into tortoises thinking I could just have the one 6 torts later I'm not sure what happened
