a lot must depend on the quality of the honey, some of it is so processed there's probably nothing good about it, I use Manuka honey with cider vinegar and lemon if I get a cold and find its as good as any of the hot cold drinks. We used to live near a lavendar farm and they kept bee's and their honey was lovely and very natural, they also made all sorts of honey/lavendar products and had a very nice shop.

I know that if you have pollen allergies it's recommended you eat local honey and you will gradually build up resistance.
I use honey and apple cider vinegar too, you should read about it Alan, it's very good for you.

'Eating two teaspoons of fructose rich honey before bedtime will do more fat burning than even exercise. ' = Really? any specific exercise? A walk to the shop? Running up snowdon and back down?
'training with weights instead of long aerobic workouts.' = So Chris Hoy does no aerobic exercise whatsoever? Same with the boxer? This needs to be more specific. This I am afraid is major balderdash. According to Chris Hoy: 'A typical training day would normally begin with a two hour session in the gym or an aerobic conditioning ride on the road.' I have searched for evidence for this.... there is no evidence guys! Until there is proof guys i.e published studies and what not. Also elsewhere on google is says this honey thing is a myth. Until theres a study not proven! Last thing don't forget!... click to here to see the products!! |

I like this bit..
The best time to burn fat they found is while you are sleeping. When you eat fructose, it is converted to glucose in the liver. This stabilizes blood sugar levels and allows the body to activate recovery hormones which rebuild muscle and skin cells. You then burn more fat sleeping. Eating two teaspoons of fructose rich honey before bedtime will do more fat burning than even exercise |

There are other fructose enriched things to consume...surely if it is the fructose, you do not actually need this specific product to lose weight lol
