Brrrr, looks very cold and I dont like snow coz I am to scared to drive in it lol! Here in Blackpool we have got blue sky at the moment. Sure it will change to grey sky and rain just before I go to town to do some shopping! You going to build a snow tortoise?

No chance. I hate the snow. it's pretty weird here just now, the council have been caught out and the snow ploughs hadn't been out though they are now. 3 miles away to the east there's no snow at all but to the south, west and north as well as right here there's plenty

why is it that old people who never go out suddenly start shovelling snow like mad whenever there is snow?? there are loads of them out there with orange shovels, it's like a zombie film. one of them is shovelling my path when there is no need - my wife is quite capable

Hilarious Alan say nothing and let them shovel away, it will save your wife the hard work

Our 93 year old neighbour was busy shovelling three years ago when we had a heavy snowfall. My hubby told him to get indoors incase he fell and broke a hip, but Jim wouldn't budge. A day later my hubby slipped on the snow and dislocated his shoulder. He's heard no end of it from Jim since, lol!

I hope the snow stays away from N.Ireland, I'm scared of my pipes freezing and having no water again Hope it clears soon Alan

Part of me is a little bit envious, i adore snow and love playing outside in it with my son, but the other part hopes it stays away so this year we can travel to Devon for a break after Christmas, last year we had so much snow we didn't want to risk the journey.
