Something wrong with her? Skin condition?
Hi all, lately when I was bathing my tort I realized some part of her skin are significantly paper than the rest. I am really worried that it's some skin condition. Can anyone please take a look for me?
   Around her neck and leg

No absolutely not, they will shed skin, its quite normal. I would only have a concern if the skin was broken in any way or looked to be discoloured or infected. Looks fine to me
