Default Hello!

Hi everyone, just recently have bought a Hermann's tortoise, around a year old and a very little one, although not sure what gender. From my picture below I'm using pellets but this is only for short term as from my research I have done they aren't good for Hermann's? Hopefully I'll be getting some topsoil instead asap. So far I have a good size wood tortoise table, shallow water dish, combined UV and basking light (hope this doesnt effect) and slate. What are some good stuff to feed them? As far as I know dandelions, romanian lettuce, collard greens. What are some good things to feed them? And sorry you can't see his face as he was going into his shelter! Sorry for blabbering on but thanks, any advice is welcome
