Default Cooking

So, for my gifted and talented program at school we have to cook a main meal and a dessert. For a fiver!
I have an idea for a soup - carrot and corriander, fairly cheap I think.
But I have no idea about a cheap desert, any thoughts?
For about £2

trifle could be done for £2 I reckon. M&S do a lovely raspberry one for £2.19 which serves 2 (well, one if I'm eating it) so it's not dear to make

I have a good recipe for this that is made in the microwave if you want it Quick and easy but must be eaten as soon as you make it for best results.

Bread and butter pud, easy for £2.00

I reckon trifle too, especially if you cheat and get a Birds packet one, they're only about £1.20

No prob's about eating it, i would like the recipe please, it won't splatter all over the microwave and get me in deep dodah's will it. Like when i tried to warm up tinned sardines.
