I find certain times of a year, mine don't care for a soak, the last and only hot spell they relished a dip, with them being outside i don't bath as often as in a table.
With all the different conditions, like them sitting out in a rain shower.

from hatching to about 20month's (same tortoise)
just dug out a few pictures.these are of the same leopard at different stages of growth.i find it amazing to watch them grow and how their shell pattern changes.
