So the final of the story is following: I ordered Tlady seed mix from Herbiseed.

You have made a great choice, Lin King who helped Herbiseed sort the mix out. Has done a lot of practical field work with tortoises and the plants they eat.

Today seeds arrived, already sawed a few pinches. Outside temps are at the moment 12 at night, 15-17 during the day. For how long do I need to wait to see first sprouts? Should the soil be watered everyday?

It depends on where you sowed them, if in a sunny place (when we get some) then in a couple of weeks. The warmer it is the faster they will germinate.
Water sparingly as you dont want to over water. I have weeds growing in my garden, I never water them, I let nature take its course.
Hard if you are eager to use them, but they will come up in time:0)
You can speed it up a little by covering the area with see through plastic, until you can see shoots, then remove the plastic.
