caa uv lights damage us?
can these uv bulbs damage our eyes does anyone know?

Human eyes? In short yes. The most dangerous is low range UVB. Good quality bulbs should not emit low range UVB though it may be detectable at the face of the bulb. Long exposure to mid range UVB (the kind reptiles utilise) can result in an itchy feeling, a bit like grit in your eyes. You have to be careful with all UVB bulbs, they are attempting to replicate the sun and should be treated as such, minimise your exposure to them.

Destructions might be going a bit far though. Is that destructions of the eyeballs?

You can save a bit of cash by not going to Spain and just hang around the lamps for 20 minutes and when you go out people will say oooh have you been abroad then?
