I agree that first pic is ace!!!!
also a little question....have you made the inside bit deeper in soil (or stuff cant reall see?) do they dig in there? because my garden is quite hard and pipin can only really dig down in the grass. do you think making an area where she can dig deeper is a good idea or not recogmended for any reason? (Sorry i've got used to asking everything before I try just incase...a bit too over protective maybe!!) cheers...happy summer!

I'm trying my best Pete, but now they are all together and not in their seperate groups I have found it a little harder to keep on track. Hopefully I've got it sussed now Nardie, do you mean in their little house. I have a plastic storage tub in there, the stackable ones. It fits exactly in the house and is about 12" deep. Its sunk into the enclosure which has about 2ft of soil, and filled with top soil so they can dig in. Some use it and some dont, I just let them choose for themselves where they want to sleep. I'm hoping it will be used more if we have terrible rain like we did last summer.
