I am going to staple wire mesh panels on top of all the outside fence for height, im going to cut it so that there are sharp edges along the top, didnt think barbed wire was legally allowed??? x

if its on your property and not overhanging don't worry about the legalities!!

That is a thought then, have you any pics showing how it looks on your fence plz if possible, I've ordered a 10m roll of wire mesh, I can cut it to about 1 ft along the lengths with wire cutters so there are sharp edges and I get more out of the roll, won't look attractive but I don't care, I'm worried about my torts outside since my son came to my house and noticed a broken bit off of one of the panels, it might just be where it's old but I want to add protection while I'm not there x
