My pets are going to hate me :(

My mom and I are going on a cruise in September...as some of you know she is disabled so wants the holiday of a lifetime...and we have decided...to make it easier on friends and family that we are going to put the cats in cattery and my local reptile shop is going to have my bearded dragon whilst we are away...I feel so awful but really think it is the best thing for them

We only have 2 people nearby who would be able to come and feed them and one of them will be at uni full time, and the other will be working 40+ hours a week...so we don't want to hassle them. I'm worried they wont remember us

Am sure they will be just fine, if a bit sulky when you get back!!
You and your mum deserve the holiday!!

Oh they'll be fine!! I put my dog in a kennel and he doesn't mind at all. He's always pleased to come home and I give him a nice dinner to cheer him up. The quickest way to his heart is cuddles and food!!

Have a fab holiday knowing your pets are in safe hands. You and mum just enjoy your cruise. My mum went on one and absolutely loved it!!

My mum went on 1 cruise then caught the cruising bug and has been on about 6!! I'm sure you'll have a great time!

P+O Azura the ship is called Becci...looks lovely...There is a wine bar on board called the glass house...inspired by TV wine expert Olly Smith. He is on board with us!!!!! x

Our cat went into a cattery for the first time last week, day one she was grumpy, but after that fine, she was really happy to see us when we returned. The tort went to the inlaws and I don't think he noticed! Lol.

Haha! I'm scared ours wont remember us! Hopefully when we bring them home they will remember their surroundings x
