I'm at weight watchers at the moment, but i want to start getting abit more active,i've done gyms, and they have worked for me in the past, but i want to do something abit more fun,i drive alot, i got to drive to work ect, apart from walking the dog,or maybe starting boxercise i cant think of anything else to help me along with my diet.If anybody got any idea's what kind of things i could fit in to my life style, that would be groovy.cheers kelly xx

Hi Kelly
You need to find something you really enjoy, so you will keep going. Going to some kind of course is good as you with like minded people, even if your simularity is how much you hate your trainer lol. Walking the dog, cycling, playing tennis or badminton. Swimming is also good. |

Even running up and down the stairs a few times can earn you extra points. Do you have the wii fit board? I loved it wheni was on a diet as you have fun but lose weight too!

I am on the cambridge diet at the moment so not allowed to do a lot of exercise whilst on it but when i do exercise for toning Swimming and walking, trampolining are great.
If you have a Wii console my fitness coach is really good and you dont need the wii balance board. it is only £15 in Asda. Good luck.
