if you paint it then varnish it over with yatch varnish then it will make it safe...altho it might be ok as it is...but always good to be extra safe

jane don't worry.....slackers are people that can;t be bothered to do it.....not ones that are willing but can't

i think some are born with DIY skills and some aren't.....i mean i was never shown anything by anyone...just came natural

Can I borrow your hubby too
Yesterday I walkied hubby round the garden explaining my plans for forthcomming animal enclosures, he just shook his head in exasperation and walked. I just know I'm gonna be doing it alone. Lucky you with a diy er for a hubby.Although he did say he would do the chipmunks enclosure for me

I want somebody who can do the work quickly. I have a go myself, but I'm a bit useess to say the least so usually end up botching it. and my hubby will have a go but he doesn't understand what I'm telling him and in the end I say that'll do. I hate waiting and want it all done and tidied straight away

thats me and hubby is i will do it in a bit so start things myself at the moment hes in a diy frenzy so im taking advantage got him to start building some more tort tables asked me why i need some more tables not telling him ive got some more torts in mind just told him incase ones ill and need to quarentine

Had to laugh at this as I'm planning a larger indoor table for my pair and I think I'm just gonna have to buy someone else to put in the smaller one aren't I ssssshhhhh dont tell hubby quite yet though thought I'd break it to him gently!!
