Anyone partitioned off a standard shed
Hi all, currently my torts are in two small heated hutches outside. However thinking well ahead if the eggs hatch we would like to buy a big standard size shed and convert it (somehow!) for them giving current torts more space and hatchlings room for a small table in there too.
So what have you guys done to standard garden sheds? We have three thbs, two girls and a boy. Ideally I'd like three areas in the shed, one for the girls, one for the boy and a holding area to shunt one of the girls to when the other is nesting. Do you guys use tables within the shed or do you partition the floor space? My girls are quite large (23cm scl) so was thinking would prob partition the floor space either side with a walk way in between then have some sort of lid over them to contain heat and attach lamps to. Would this work in theory? Anyone done anything like this? Many thanks |
