Default Latitude Festival

Hi,

Well we're taking the children to their first festival tomorrow. They are so excited and to be honest so am I.

I haven't been to one in a good few years, looking forward to tomorrow when the tent is up and I have a glass of wine in my hand

Anyone else going to any festivals this year?

Keep your fingers crossed for some good weather!!!!!

Thanks Emma, I'm sure we will. There's 9 of us going including the children and it's very family orientated with a family camping site.

Please let the sun shine lol

My cousin went to Latitude a few years ago and said it was so fantastic- really nice atmosphere. I've been to bestival before but am going to see Florence and the machine this year in September at London Alexandra Palace, I am so excited!

I've always wanted to go to Glastonbury but it will never happen and now we have the dog if he can't go then we don't.

Hi!!!

Well I think I have recovered lol

I was amazing. The weather was just superb and the sun shone with not a cloud in he sky for the whole weekend. The setting was just brilliant and a wonderful festival for families and us oldens!!!!!!

So much for the children to do they just ran off and embraced everything. They were absolutely filthy and wet wipe washes did not cut it but that's part of the fun!!!

I didn't see many bands as we had to have a meeting point for the kids but i still managed to soak up the atmosphere and just a little bit of wine

I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. It was a good size not too big and felt very safe. Not lot and lots of drunk teeenagers just happy people and wild children!

I'll try and post some pictures at some point xxx
