sexing horsefields
Just bought a horsefield but the shop had no idea wether its male or female how do I sex them please?

Hello and welcome we need to know how old it is as if a baby there is no way of knowing if it's an older one then a picture of the underside is needed showing the tail.

Hi Debbz and welcome.
As Gordon says, hatchlings are too small to be sexed and I suspect you've bought a little one from a shop rather than an older tort. It would still be lovely to see a photo of your Horsfield though. What name have you chosen?
