Hi Nicky
Yes its sounds like a upper resspiratory diseases,You need to sort out the houseing you are keeping the tortoise in.As sed viv are no good to any tortoise,They need very good air flow around them.see your vet and ask for batril and some F10 veterinary disinfectant,You will need to dilute it down and use as a nasil wash.Im sure if you follow this you will see much improvement in less than 2 week.

Nicky I have upoaded some pics of my housing to photobucket so I can show you them as you will find there are a few problems with [ics on the site today

This is my large enlclousure for my 2 adult males something similar, but smaller could work for you

And a smaller enclosure for my hermanns

Alternitavely you could flip the viv on its back and take the doors off as this would serve as an enclosure. Other ideas include using old draws or underbed plastic storage tubs. Obviously all require heat and UV. Hoep the helps a little on the housing front

I would suggest getting the advice of a specialist vet there is a vet section on here there might be one there near you. If not people might have a nearby suggestion

A tortoise table is effectively an open topped wooden box which has sides high enough to stop the tort climbing out. Not enrirely sure what you measn by sealing it Mine is simply a box with uprights in the corners.

What substrate is being used please?
As this can sometimes be the problem too.
Does your tortoise have something stuck up its nares?

hi nicky
you only have to make a table by tacks or nails, screws or you can use glue but make sure it is safe for tortoise and the glue is very dry before you put tortoise in
