Default limestone cakes

I was bored so made some limstone cakes..bit of an experiment
3 ordinary
3 with oyster shell
3 with dandelion powder
3 with aloe vera sprinkles

Just got to see if they set and stay in blocks

They look fabulous Lynne. Have they set? Did you have to put them in the fridge? How many parts water to powder did you use?

I put them in the freezer. I just mixed a small amount of water so it was quite a thick paste. x

Are these ok for Hermanns also ?
My little one tends to avoid his food if its too heavily dusted in powder so worry if he isnt getting enough of it to work.

This would be a great addition to add just incase , I do have some cuttle fish in there at the moment but these look awesome.

Were is the best place to get the limestone powder from ?

(sorry for the newbie questions)

I would like to know how your torts got on Lynne. Did they eat any? I might give it a try if they did.

Oh and this will be fine for Hermann's Lee. I get my power from ebay by the kilo.
