I'm currently having trouble getting a response to my emails since my goods were sent back to warehouse due to a mistake admittedly made by me...4 days, 2 emails, 1 message and still waiting

I understand if you don't want to resend, but could somebody please contact me about a refund instead if that's the case?

hello i have replied a couple of days ago
They are being resent to the correct address
First they were sent to your address no one in
Then you gave me another address so i passed that on, now your saying thats the wrong address
I have given another post code to the delivery company

exellant service, orderd my seeds on Friday and they came on the Monday (postal strike on the saturday , one of the seed bags was open but that was easily sorted with no bother Should have more from the shop thoughout this week x

never seen this regarding feedback, have used this shop so many times- readigrass, seeds, plant plugs etc etc, always had quick delivery, weeds have grown a treat, loads of readigrass, so all in all, a fantastic service and will be using this online shop again as and when ,

The prices were good and the communication was really quick but if i must be picky it is the emails sent about my items, i ordered two items and recieved 5 emails the first two were fine reading something like this:

Dear Geraint,

We want to let you know that your order (*******) status has been updated to...

PROCESSING

If you have any questions about your order, send an email to blondesarah@hotmail.com or simply reply to this message.

after that the emails sent left the middle blank and i had no idea what it was updated to and aswell as having another 3 emails after it confused me on what the orders were.

Again i am being picky the products were excellent and they arrived

as ever i have been granted an excellent service!! always packaged well, no unecessary big boxes (i enjoy simplicity!) great quality ready grass, cracking seeds (not literally cracked ) and good bags of oystershell chippings! can't wait to do the eclosure up!

i dont know where i would be without SW shop!!

Not sure if Sarah even remembers me but we had problems before when she tried to send me some seeds however with the order that i placed on Tuesday I got them today. another happy customer.
